Our classes are all in-person Monday - Friday 9:30 - 4:00.  
 
Mission Statement
The mission of Transition Plus is to provide services to students with educational disabilities and transition needs in post-secondary education and training, employment, 
and independent living to promote a successful transition from high school to adult life.
 
Our Vision
To provide experience and learning that will assist students to have meaningful, satisfying work and home lives as family members, employees and citizens.
 
We provide students:
 
  • Access to an environment of achievement to assist students in gaining skills and confidence.
  • A positive school climate characterized by safety, compassion and the pursuit of knowledge and understanding.
  • A structure of support and partnerships with our community, students, and families
  • A professional and highly qualified group of caring individuals who have a passion for learning and sharing.

  • Continued support after high school  for 18-21 year olds
  • Many hands-on opportunities
  • Extensive learning & training in the community

News you can use
  • The district has transitioned to a new meal software program, TITAN K-12 Family Portal, for the 2021-22 school year. This new system will be used for viewing menus and nutritional information, completing annual Application for Educational Benefits, and uploading money to students’ accounts. 
     
  • Here Comes The Bus (HCTB) allows parents to view the location of their child's school bus on a computer, tablet or smartphone.

 
T-Plus Virtual Calming Room

This virtual calming room is a designated supportive environment to assist in proactive self-regulation by offering opportunities for coping and relaxation.  Participants can experience calming visual, auditory and tactile stimuli, as well as both mindfulness and de-stressing activities.
